OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Introduction

At Cheap Cart, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund and return policy is designed to help you in the event you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Right to Cancel

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your items.

3. Returns

To initiate a return, you must first inform us of your decision to cancel the order. You can do this by contacting our refund service at [email protected]. You should then return the items to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

The item must be returned unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is necessary for the return. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

4. Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care goods. For customer safety, we do not accept returns on health and beauty items. 5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will process the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the items back from you. The refund will be processed via the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please first check with your bank and credit card company. There may be some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our refund service at [email protected].

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

8. Faulty Products

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, if your product is faulty or not as described, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Between 30 days and six months, you’re entitled to request a free repair or replacement, or a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible. After six months, you can request a free repair or replacement, or a partial refund.
